Residential AV Service Technician. We are a growing & thriving, well-established design and build technology company with 30 employees serving the luxury residential construction market in the greater San Diego area. We provide state of the art solutions from smart electrical, lighting design, mechanized shades, and audio/video solutions.

Responsibilities
Your primary accountabilities are:
Servicing and Troubleshooting AV Systems
Interfacing with clients and representing your company
Programming and troubleshooting the systems, including disciplines such as
Video Distribution
Audio Distribution
Network Deployment
Security System
Surveillance Systems
Access Control Systems
Lighting Control integration
Shades integration
HVAC Integration
Brands to be familiar with
Savant
Crestron
Joshi.ai
Paradox Security or DSC
Ubiquiti Networks
Wattbox and OvrC products
Luma Surveillance Systems
Lutron HomeWorks Lighting and Shades
Taking payments from clients upon successful service completion on company software
Making your work environment cleaner when you leave than when you arrived
Doing daily reports to update your project manager where you are at and what needs to be done
Being able to creatively problem solve when challenges are presented
Train customers on the system upon final delivery
Have a service mentality and a positive attitude!
