Andrew General Contractors Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic Commercial Construction Superintendent (Class A & Medical Offices) to lead commercial construction projects with precision and integrity. This pivotal role supervises all field operations, ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to our renowned standards of quality. You'll engage directly with subcontractors, project managers, inspectors, and clients while upholding a jobsite culture of excellence and accountability. Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage all on-site construction activities and teams Coordinate subcontractor schedules and ensure contract compliance Oversee project safety, enforcing OSHA standards and internal policies Maintain detailed daily logs and project documentation Review project plans, specifications, and subcontracts for potential issues Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedule, logistics, and quality control Ensure the successful close-out of each project, including punch list execution Act as the point of contact for inspections and client communications Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial construction (tenant improvements, medical offices, Class A office buildings, financial institutions, tilt‑wall) Strong understanding of construction documents and cost analysis OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 and AHCA experience preferred) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Ability to pass the Jessica Lunsford Act background check Benefits
