Precise Metal Products, LLC is seeking a
Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace)
to support and develop aerospace manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with aerospace fabrication and machining and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed work instructions (MOTs), setup sheets, and process plans
Design and validate machining processes for complex aerospace fabrications
Develop tooling solutions including fixtures, work holding, gauges, and cutting tools
Support continuous improvement and cost‑reduction efforts
Analyze and resolve manufacturing and quality issues
Perform manufacturability reviews on technical drawings
Develop and maintain routers and related documentation
Qualifications
3–5 years in aerospace fabrication, welding, forming, machining, and processing
2+ years developing machining processes for complex assemblies
3+ years working with brake presses, CNC punching, laser cutting, hydroforming, CNC lathes/mills, and welding
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks required; Mastercam a plus)
Experience with complex aerospace materials and OEM requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
