Therapists have opportunities for advanced training through Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program and mentorship in a collaborative setting. What we do and how we do it
Deliver outpatient physical therapy as part of a coordinated, patient-centered care team with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads with an emphasis on quality patient care and meaningful outcomes. Support professional growth and collaboration with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach. Offer opportunities to pursue specialty programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema to tailor care to individual needs. Why you’ll love working here

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to a diverse caseload, including non-surgical and post-operative presentations. Collaborate with the care team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and track patient progress. Requirements
Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program Active or pending state physical therapist license Professional development
Annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners) Graduated caseload ramp-up time Paid professional association dues Paid license renewal New graduate mentoring and onboarding Apply for in-house residency program Additional details
