As Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, you have a pivotal role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and delivering genuine care for patients. You will lead and direct your Pharmacy Staff, comprised of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, and be accountable for the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. Lead with heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and team members Motivate, inspire and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy Successfully implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting Seek new ways to grow, collaborate and deliver better outcomes Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment Foster a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride Apply knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors Maintain and oversee patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel and inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management The above represents a summary of the functions of a Pharmacy Manager. Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist in charge' Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use) Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree Anticipated Weekly Hours

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $65.00 - $82.00 per hour This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
