Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established, dedicated team of primary care providers at Providence Medical Group’s Centralia Internal Medicine clinic in Centralia, Washington. In addition to Family and Internal Medicine, this medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as behavior health, diabetes education and more to care for its largely geriatric patient population.
