Fairfax Behavioral Health, founded in 1930, is a private, free-standing mental health hospital that specializes in psychiatric and detox treatment. We strive to meet and respond to the needs of our community by offering a continuum of care and evidenced-based programs at multiple locations within our region.

Job Summary
Fairfax Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist. The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation/certification requirements and applicable facility policies, procedures, codes and standards. Responsibilities
Administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at this facility. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Program is required. A minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmaceutical experience is preferred. Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in Washington state. Must have a valid driver's license. A working knowledge of Joint Commission Standards, OSHA regulations, and state and federal laws and regulatory requirements. What We Offer
