Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
AS completion preferred.
Requirements
This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
12 months between Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - CommonSpirit Mountain Region.
Additional Details Please be expected to float between Avista, Longmont, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony, and Ortho CO as this is a requirement for Centura Health.
Required Credentials High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Required High School Diploma or GED -RT (R) (CT)Required ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or State CT registry ARRT(R) with CT training.
Preferred Credentials Associate Degree Preferred Associate’s Degree strongly preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Shift & Scheduling Shift: 7 on and 7 off 10’s Nights 730p-7a o Weekends: Yes o OnCall: Yes.
Floating Requirements - Float Requirements: -Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”. -Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy. -Contract Labor Zone: Zone 3: (based in Denver, CO)- OrthoColorado Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital, St. Anthony North Hospital.
