Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more. Swedish Medical Group (SMG) provides an extensive range of ambulatory services to patients throughout the Puget Sound. At our Urology Clinics, we treat diseases such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones and incontinence issues, ranging from discomforting to extremely painful. Join our team to detect and treat both mild and serious urologic conditions effectively and quickly, providing much-needed relief to patients with kidney, bladder and prostate concerns. Responsibilities

Coordinate information and support needed for patient flow in clinics; provide customer service during check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance; assist with scheduling and clinic operations in collaboration with clinical teams. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role. Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion. Preferred Qualifications

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience. Benefits
