Enterprise Pool and Responsibilities
We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool offering flexibility, variety, and career growth. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool includes clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the system. Associates will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all facilities to support workload and staffing needs. Enterprise Pool 1 Base rate + $3.00/hr pool differential; eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 2 Base rate + $6.75/hr pool differential; eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Assigned to one of four zones. Zone determined by home location. Must travel to hospitals within the zone Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 3 Flat rate $75.00/hr + eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah) For Tier 3/Systemwide hires, certain locations may qualify for a $2,500 payout (subject to change) Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

Qualifications
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred BLS from the American Heart Association required Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
Physical Requirements: Medium work (exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly).

PRN: +15% PRN Differential – Not eligible for benefits Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility Pay Range: $26.95 - $42.99 per hour Total rewards include medical/dental/vision options, FSA options, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness programs
