This full-time speech-language pathologist opportunity is based in Houston, TX, serving an elementary school setting with a contract duration through the next school year. The position offers the chance to work with an elementary caseload of up to 50-55 students, providing comprehensive speech therapy services to support young learners communication development.

Responsibilities Include

Delivering individualized speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students Managing a caseload within the recommended limits to ensure quality care Collaborating with educators, parents, and the speech team to support student progress Participating in weekly department meetings to align on goals and strategies Adapting scheduling flexibly to meet the needs of students and campus requirements

Desired Qualifications And Experience

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based speech-language pathology Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage caseload effectively and adjust schedules as needed
