Join the LADACIN Network as a part‑time Speech Language Pathologist dedicated to early intervention for children with developmental delays. This role focuses on home‑based services for children from birth to three years of age.
Base Pay Range $70.00/hr – $70.00/hr
About LADACIN LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has served the community for 70 years as a nonprofit organization. We provide a continuum of care—including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services—to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.
Position Overview As part of our Early Intervention program, you will be part of a transdisciplinary team working with home‑based programs in Ocean and Monmouth counties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech‑language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapy sessions in clients’ homes, adapting interventions to each child’s needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists, nurses, and teachers.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state regulations.
Participate in agency‑sponsored CEU courses and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license.
Certified Clinical Communicator (CCC).
Flexibility, self‑motivation, and a strong desire to work collaboratively in a transdisciplinary team.
Location Monmouth and Ocean counties, New Jersey. Our sites are in natural surroundings that support a healthy work‑life balance.
