Kingsborough Community College is seeking candidates for Adjunct Senior College Laboratory Technicians in Theatre production in the areas of Props, Costumes, Scenic Construction and/or Scenic Painting for the 2025-2026 academic year. Position Details
Contract Title : Adjunct Senior College Laboratory Technician FLSA : Non-exempt Location : Kingsborough Community College Responsibilities
Maintains, fabricates, modifies, and repairs laboratory equipment Determines equipment requirements; prepares purchase specifications and coordinates acquisition of equipment Trains and supervises College Laboratory Technicians, College Assistants, and other laboratory staff Manages the set up, maintenance, and organization of student laboratories Maintains appropriate safety and hygiene standards Maintains required documentation related to laboratory activities Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of eight years related experience. Additional education may be used to meet the experience requirement: an Associate degree may be substituted for two years experience, and a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years experience. This position also requires the ability to direct train, and supervise others. Compensation
$40.84 - $54.17 per hour. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits
