We are currently seeking a Local 1 Helper A to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Job is located in the Streeterville/Gold Coast region of downtown Chicago.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders in a timely manner Help monitor, maintain and repair building-wide mechanical systems Perform routine preventive maintenance Assist with apartment turnover including but not limited to painting, cleaning, and repairs Keep common areas in a clean and orderly fashion Walk vacant units and common areas Help oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Provide great customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Responsible for transportation to multiple buildings
