The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Master’s and MBA programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants’ creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. Global Supply Chain Track

The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain SrPA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling. Sample Rotations

Support From Leaders Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship Immediate exposure to senior leadership Informal and formal feedback Developmental Programs Intensive three-week onboarding program Regularly scheduled capability building programs Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion of the program, SrPAs are considered for Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the SrPA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.
