Position Summary Coordinate between design team, subcontractors, system owners and equipment engineering staff to ensure electrical/mechanical prefabrication installation progresses to plan and to design. This PM will also be responsible for performing functions associated with the software and hardware systems for Facilities Services Tool Hookup.
Role And Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance to Facilities Services personnel and 3D MEP Design teams
Assist Facilities Services Tool Hookup team with DX (Digital Transformation) projects
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and design teams to meet project goals and timelines
Manage stakeholders in a customer-service-oriented team, effectively communicating and addressing their needs.
Monitor and control production tool installs, facility mains/laterals, GCS, and electrical installations
Technical writing and reports: project presentations, daily/weekly reports and project closeout reporting
Develop and modify site specifications to align with ongoing site improvements
Develops software testing & validation procedures, programming & documentation for Facilities Services
Future scenario planning support including schedule forecasting, reporting, and infrastructure utility studies
Review and approval of RFI’s (Request for Information)
Collects and verify Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risk points for safety and code compliance.
Oversee electrical tool installations, internal service requests, and safety walk repairs.
Skills And Qualifications
Experience managing and leading projects including design, specification, and construction administration
Familiarity with design and installation of facility equipment, or design and construction of industrial buildings.
Has knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware, computer software.
Ability to read and understand design plans, shop drawings, and work in progress.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards, IBC, NEC NFPA 70, 70E & 79 and other codes and standards applicable to industrial facility design and construction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills are required to communicate technical content to various organizations.
Aptitude for documentation and data analysis using Confluence, P6, MS Office programs, including Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, 3D Revit, Navisworks is a plus.
Clean room working experience.
Ability to work overtime or weekends on non-scheduled days as required.
Reliable and punctual attendance is mandatory.
2 or 4-year degree required. 4 year preferred.
Project Management Professional, PMP is preferred.
2 or more years of experience in one or more of the following roles: Project Management, Semiconductor Tool Installation. and/or Journeyman/Superintendent, TDLR Journeyman Electrical License or above.
The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 and $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
