Overview

The Multi-Domain Kill Chain Specialist will lead efforts to design, develop, and integrate solutions that enable multi-domain kill chain operations across space systems supporting DoD and IC missions. This role focuses on enhancing the speed, resilience, and effectiveness of kill chains by bridging operational domains — space, air, land, sea, and cyber — and delivering innovative targeting, engagement, and readiness solutions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with multi-domain operations, targeting processes, space systems, and command-and-control architectures, with technical expertise in kill chain optimization. The role will collaborate with engineers, program managers, and government stakeholders to enable seamless integration for coordinated operations in contested environments. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to optimize kill chain processes and ensure seamless integration across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains. Analyze operational requirements to design and recommend architectures that enhance speed, connectivity, and decision-making across multi-domain kill chain operations. Integrate space-based capabilities with other domains to enable rapid detection, tracking, targeting, and engagement of adversary threats. Collaborate with system engineers to define technical requirements for command-and-control platforms, sensors, and targeting systems. Conduct kill chain modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate system readiness, optimize timelines, and mitigate operational risks. Enable multi-domain situational awareness by embracing emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and advanced analytics for real-time data processing and decision-making. Work with stakeholders to operationalize space system integration into broader military strategies and mission objectives. Develop tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for space-supported kill chains in contested and constrained environments. Lead vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation plans addressing threats from adversary counter-space capabilities, cybersecurity breaches, and electronic warfare (EW). Ensure compliance with DoD mission assurance frameworks and support mission planning with risk identification and mitigation strategies. Prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to stakeholders, program teams, and government leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Military Science, or related technical field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 15 years of experience in multi-domain operations, targeting processes, kill chain analysis, or systems integration within the DoD or IC. Extensive experience optimizing kill chain processes for space systems, including satellite architectures, sensors, ground control systems, and data integration platforms. Proven ability to work across operational domains and develop inter-domain communication and targeting solutions. Clearance

Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Technical Skills

Expertise in space systems integration with other operational domains (air, land, sea, and cyber) for coordinated targeting and engagement. Knowledge of command-and-control systems, sensor networks, and targeting software architectures supporting kill chain operations. Experience leveraging modeling and simulation tools (e.g., AFSIM, STK) to assess operational effectiveness and refine mission plans. Desired Qualifications

Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Military Science, or Operational Analysis. Certifications such as PMP, CMSP, or related leadership and analytical designations. Experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML for data fusion, targeting optimization, and sensor integration. Familiarity with space domain awareness, orbital mechanics, threat characterization, and counter-space measures. Hands-on experience developing TTPs for contested kill chain operations and working with EW, cybersecurity, or resilient communications strategies. Security & Company Information

Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI is required. The employer emphasizes equal opportunity and reasonable accommodations in compliance with applicable law. This role is within a national-level initiative focused on homeland defense capabilities and the Space-Based Interceptor mission. EEO and Benefits Note

Equal employment opportunity statements and benefits information are provided as part of the company overview. In addition to competitive compensation, benefits may include PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, bonuses, ESOP participation, educational reimbursement, health insurance, and other company-funded benefits as applicable.
