What to Expect
Own end-to-end analysis and visualization of key Payments & Fraud KPIs, including payment success and chargebacks
Build and maintain robust single source of truth data models and intuitive dashboards for stakeholder engagement
Translate insights into strategic narratives for leaders across various departments to drive informed decisions
Design and evaluate A/B tests on checkout UX and fraud workflows, providing actionable recommendations
Collaborate with engineers and vendors to implement new payment features and automate reporting processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
6–8 years of analytics experience in payments, fraud, identity, or closely related domains
Expert-level SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling
Deep understanding of payment systems, issuers, and reconciliation processes
Proven ability to diagnose metric changes and recommend effective mitigation strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Hands-on experience with anti-fraud tooling and payment authentication vendors
Proficiency with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker
Background in experimentation or advanced quantitative methods (e.g., M.S. in Statistics)
ETL/data-pipeline development skills and familiarity with DBT modeling best practices
Experience in marketplace or e-commerce payments, especially at scale
