We’re seeking a
Project Manager
who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments and can manage multiple moving pieces with clarity and precision. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key initiatives across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations. You’ll act as a strategic connector — keeping stakeholders aligned, removing roadblocks, and ensuring that every project moves forward with purpose and impact. Lead the planning and execution of technical and operational projects from concept to completion Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion) and provide regular status updates Anticipate and mitigate risks by identifying issues early and proposing actionable solutions Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring clarity on goals, roles, and expectations Conduct retrospectives and implement continuous improvement strategies Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and business objectives Help shape and scale our internal project management processes as the company grows What We’re Looking For 3+ years of project management experience in a tech, SaaS, or AI-focused environment Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities Experience working with remote or distributed teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency with modern project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Trello, etc.) Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Self-starter with a proactive mindset and comfort with ambiguity Seniority level
