Position Summary

The Operations Project Manager will lead and manage key operational projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement. Ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while aligning with the company's strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain clear communication, drive process enhancements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution: Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between field teams, corporate departments, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Operational & Process Excellence: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and design solutions to drive performance and scalability. Change Management & Adoption: Partner with training, communications, and field leadership to develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize disruption. Leadership & Influence: Provide informal leadership to project teams, including direction-setting, coaching, and facilitating effective decision-making. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of three years of experience in an operational or project management role required Strong understanding of operations in a distributed or multi-location business model required PMP or other project management certification preferred Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization required Proven ability to lead projects with high visibility, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders required Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights required Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management platforms required Self-starter with strong initiative, organization, and follow-through required Benefits
