Entertainment Value-Add Services Product Manager
Brightspeed is looking for an Entertainment Value-Add Services Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap and in‑market performance of our entertainment offerings, driving attach rate, ARPU, engagement and NPS while reducing support costs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
– Define vision, north‑star metrics and 12–18 month roadmap for entertainment VAS; build business cases and maintain competitive intelligence.
Backlog Ownership & Delivery
– Own backlog across catalog, entitlements, activation, UX and billing; lead agile sprints, launch features via flags and A/B tests.
Pricing, Packaging & Merchandising
– Partner with Pricing and Finance on ARPU ladder, trials, lifecycle pricing and next‑best‑offer logic; coordinate merchandising across touchpoints.
Experience & Enablement
– Drive activation flows, account linking, device/app distribution, proactive health checks and collaborate with Call Center Ops on scripts and routing.
Data, AI & Insights
– Use funnel analytics, session replay, VoC and QoE telemetry to prioritize work and publish dashboards; leverage AI for recommendations and anomaly detection.
Partner & Vendor Management
– Source and manage game, streaming and music partners; negotiate SLAs, data terms and joint roadmaps.
Channel & Journey Orchestration
– Align with CX Factory, e‑commerce and sales on personalization, offers, SPIFs and integrate entertainment moments across journeys.
Governance & Ways of Working
– Participate in enterprise reviews, roadmap resets and manage dependencies and risks.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years product management in ISP/telecom, gaming, music or entertainment ecosystems.
Proven backlog ownership and delivery in cross‑functional agile teams.
Strong analytical skills; SQL/BI experience a plus.
Experience with catalog, entitlements, identity, billing, QoE telemetry and device/app ecosystems.
Familiarity with AI/automation for recommendations, anomaly detection and agent‑assist.
Desired Competencies

Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
