We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our property, Park 12, in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities
Perform maintenance service requests and repairs across trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.). Clean grounds, offices, and common areas; handle apartment turnovers. Repair appliances and participate in painting and general maintenance tasks. Take emergency calls as needed and contribute to a customer service focused environment. Qualifications
Prefer at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance. Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) is required. Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment. Reliable transportation is a must. Availability to work on-call rotation. Compensation and Benefits
