Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in children’s lives while growing your clinical leadership skills. Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients as needed Develop individualized treatment plans sensitive to cognitive, social, and sensory needs Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Current Texas license as LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred Benefits & Schedule
Flexible schedule: 10-30 hours per week, contract-based between the hours of 8AM-4:30PM Mon to Friday Competitive pay: $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience One-on-one patient care in a collaborative environment Mentorship program and professional growth opportunities Access to a supportive clinical director who assists with treatment planning and assessments
