The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the supply chain functions of shipping, receiving, and inventory control of finished goods. The team will ensure that the company can consistently deliver our products to our customers in an efficient and highly accurate manner. They will be responsible for analyzing existing processes and driving improvements in shipment timeliness, shipment accuracy, damage reduction, and reduction in process cycle time. Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, scheduling and general management of inbound and outbound product. Direct daily logistics activities; establish short-term priorities and manage atypical events. Develop standard procedures and KPIs to ensure consistently high levels of safety, quality, and productivity. Coordinate and communicate logistics-related activity with other departments. Initiate continuous improvement programs focusing on cost reduction, service improvement, and capacity management. Execute a formal finished goods cycle count program. Engage with direct reports and team members, embracing diversity of ideas, sharing responsibility for success, and demonstrating honesty and integrity. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s or advanced certifications a plus). 5 years of experience in logistics / supply chain operations management. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable improvements. Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, data visualization, root-cause analysis. Proficiency with ERP / TMS / WMS systems; ability to leverage technology for optimization. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with cost-reduction initiatives, process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
