not expired . Summary The Product Owner is the voice of stakeholders, sponsors, and users of Nitro in the development process. They work to understand and promote the vision of Nitro, set prioritization of development objectives, and eliminate obstacles. Participating in agile methodologies, they partner with the Scrum Master to lead the team by effectively communicating requirements, goals, and priorities. They leverage operational experience, strategic planning, and direct communication with stakeholders to maximize business value. They possess in-depth knowledge of the initiatives' goals and act as the first authority on decisions regarding business value and functionality. Responsibilities Manage the complete product lifecycle from planning to launch. Develop strategies to enhance current products and introduce new ones for revenue and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders and the scrum team to create use cases, define requirements, and prioritize features. Maintain a well-defined backlog of epics and stories, coordinating with leadership. Translate business requirements into epics and stories for development. Lead backlog grooming sessions to prioritize work. Track and execute product roadmaps, schedules, and designs. Represent business stakeholders on the scrum team. Partner with UX teams to ensure product design supports workflows and standards. Monitor competition and analyze market changes. Manage project plans to meet release timelines. Gather user feedback and integrate it into the design cycle. Develop and coordinate ongoing in-house training programs. Identify new software feature opportunities based on goals, customer needs, and industry trends. Generate weekly status updates. Test new features in all environments for suitability. Requirements Leadership capability with relevant experience and talent. Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills. At least 2+ years of experience in a medium or large enterprise environment. Experience working with C-level executives and business leaders. Experience with Agile principles and pragmatic product delivery. Experience with remote and local development teams is a plus. Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, life, and disability insurance.
