We are looking for a Sr. Strategist, Paid Media to focus on the EverConnect Family of Brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing platforms, with a primary focus on search advertising. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to meet business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns. Create and optimize ad copy for search engine advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and digital advertising. Conduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals. Analyze audience insights and engagement data to refine targeting strategies on social media platforms. Assist teammates by sharing knowledge, joining client calls, and evangelizing best practices. Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high proficiency in English. Experience with generating leads in an agency environment is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is a plus. Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising is a plus. Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Location and Work Eligibility

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally and can be based anywhere in the United States. Remote work is available; in-office options may be available if near an office. You must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Travel to Denver, Colorado, or other North American office locations may be required. Benefits and Perks

The target base compensation for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by location, market variances, and candidate experience and expertise. Equal Opportunity
