Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project risks. Analyzes requirements, cost and schedules for risk assessment. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Uses the Integrated Systems Engineering Environment / Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (ISEE/RIO) track program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation and risk management. Instructs U.S. Navy and Contractor Support Services personnel in risk management techniques and principles. Tracks and develops program risks. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Develops and maintains the Program Risk Management Plan. This position is contingent upon contract award. Education

BA/BS degree in relevant technical field. Substitution: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience

Required Experience: 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 3 years experience applying government-instituted processes for risk. Desired Experience: At least 1 year experience managing risk during the Engineering Manufacturing Development (EMD) acquisition phase for a NAVAIR program. Security

Active TS/SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired. At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.
