Driver Performance & Compliance Manager
(Full-Time, M–F 8:00am–5:00pm) at Shark Trucking, Inc. In-office position focused on ensuring DOT compliance, improving driver performance, and building a professional, accountable driver culture. Key Responsibilities
Oversee driver compliance with Hours of Service, ELD regulations (Samsara), and safety standards Coach drivers on performance metrics, professionalism, and compliance improvement Lead hiring, onboarding, and orientation for all new drivers Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to improve operational efficiency and driver accountability Own the department’s responsibilities for HR documentation, benefits support, and employment compliance Qualifications
Strong Hours of Service regs, and ELD compliance experience Prior experience managing or coaching drivers in a transportation environment HR or safety management experience is strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits
