Project Manager II What You Need

Education and Experience: Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS (Management Information System), CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch or related field; and Two (2) Years of Experience as a Project Manager or related occupation. Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service. Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S. Role Location: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656

(Unanticipated Work sites throughout the US) Compensation:

$159,765.00 to $170,000.00 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Responsibilities

Responsible for all project related activities. Work with the client along with lead and business analyst to understand the business needs and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) of the project and direct project or module lead in project planning, scheduling, and requirement clarification. Manage allocation, utilization cost, time schedules and standards with well-defined milestones. Supervise Systems Analysts/Senior Systems Analysts/Associate Project Managers to execute and deliver the project according to requirements specifications. Estimate and work with other managers to finalize the resource count. Identify the backup(s) for the key resources in the project from function as well as management point of view. Coordinate with IT supporting teams to meet the project IT systems and service requirements. Review and conduct regular team meetings with key resources in the project and ensure that progress of the project is per schedule. Report the progress of the project as per established guidelines and mitigate bottlenecks while executing the project plan. Act as a connecting pin between on-site and offshore teams and escalate issues for timely resolution. Ensure interaction between project team with other support teams like Software Quality Assurance, Test Consultancy Group, etc. for smooth progress of project. Ensure quality and other established standards and deliverables are as per the project schedule. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to execute projects on different languages, database, and software skill sets.
