Transplant Surgery Nurse Practitioner Job with HCA Healthcare in Richmond, VA Join the Virginia Transplant Center team as an Advanced Practice Provider on the campus of Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Job Summary The Virginia Transplant Center is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to lead patient care in kidney transplant and related services.

Qualifications

Completion of a certified Advanced Practice Provider program or upcoming graduation.

Previous work history in transplant services or critical care preferred.

Virginia licensure or ability to obtain.

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with patients, nursing, physicians, and administration.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient clinic care with Monday-Friday schedule and shared call responsibilities.

Manage primarily outpatient transplant services with some inpatient assignments.

Educate patients and families on post-kidney transplant aftercare.
