Overview
Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita Kidney Care. Location: National City, California. You will be the frontline leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required! What you can expect as a Healthcare Operations Manager
Patients come first. Build relationships with patients and continuously improve health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Meaningful Workday - EVERY Day. Develop, mentor and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community. Financial Management. Manage the operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Autonomy. You will run your clinic with support from directors and regional peers. Culture & Growth. Live the company values and recognize others who demonstrate them. Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns to drive toward Regional goals and standards. Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of DVP/ROD. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position). Other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President. Collaboration with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned to business needs.
