Job Description
Provide quality radiographic imaging under the general direction of a physician. Perform fluoroscopy on all age groups while ensuring the principles of ALARA are achieved.
Participate in department quality improvement processes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support departmental patient workflow as needed: front‑desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient intake, and other duties assigned within scope of practice.
Qualifications
High School diploma, certificate, GED, training, or equivalent experience.
Basic Life Support certification.
Certified Radiologic Technologist.
ARRT Registered Technologist – Radiography.
Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
Six‑month experience in an acute‑care setting preferred.
ARRT Radiography certification or eligibility.
Competence in vitals, phlebotomy, EKG, front‑desk duties, and quick registration as required.
Change agility and flexibility – a must.
