Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner role at Mindful Health Solutions. Bring psychiatry skills to a leading innovative outpatient psychiatry practice focused on evidence-based treatments. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that include evaluation of mental status, current psychiatric symptoms and functioning, and other relevant health histories. Administer treatment plans in accordance with standardized procedures. Deliver cutting-edge treatments such as TMS and Esketamine, while monitoring patient responses for optimal care adjustments. Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatments, and symptom management strategies. Provide brief psychotherapeutic interventions in conjunction with evaluation and management services in accordance with standardized procedures. Maintain timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes. Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with patients and colleagues. Requirements
Minimum one year of post-education experience in outpatient or inpatient settings. Valid and current, unrestricted California NP and Furnishing license without any disciplinary action(s). Master’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution. Valid California DEA registration. ANCC PMHNP Board Certification. Autonomous practice ability. Child, adolescent, or adult experience. Proficiency with EHR. Telehealth experience and a high comfort level with technology. Compassionate and motivated team player. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range : $170,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Mindful Health Solutions provided pay range. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. We established clinics to provide Esketamine (Spravato) therapy at scale and recently incorporated IV Ketamine into our depression treatment pathway. We are leaning into psychedelic therapies for depression and PTSD and use our clinical outcomes repository to develop predictive algorithms to guide treatment decisions. We operate 22 outpatient clinics across California, Georgia, Texas, and Washington and continue to expand our precision-medicine platform.
