Position Summary Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

Supports one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Displays active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization.

Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values of the organization.

Supports the organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital-wide performance improvement plan.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

AZ RN license (or compact state license).

One year recent acute care experience.

Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

BSN

Professional certification in area of specialty

Pay Range $35.00 - $58.63 /hour
