Due to practice growth, we are seeking a Pathologist with fellowship training and/or practice experience in Cytopathology and Surgical Pathology to join our faculty at the teaching affiliate of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, practicing at Kent Hospital. This role offers an academic lifestyle, an Ivy League faculty appointment, and a collaborative, inclusive department environment. Responsibilities
Provide surgical pathology and cytopathology services across various areas including pulmonary, breast, gastrointestinal, thyroid, gynecological, and genitourinary systems. Educate and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows. Participate in collaborative research activities. Maintain a weekday schedule with evening and weekend call responsibilities approximately once every 3-4 weeks. Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in anatomic pathology, cytopathology, and clinical pathology. Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed salary and comprehensive benefits package. Academic hospital practice with a Brown University faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology. Living in Rhode Island
