For MT : Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or Clinical Laboratory Science, or a Bachelor's degree plus a recognized MLS/CLS/MT certificate. HEW certificate may be substituted. For MLT : Associate’s degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or U.S. military Medical Laboratory training program. Skills Experience in a medical field required. Moderate to advanced computer skills. Good communication skills, ability to prioritize, manage time, and adapt. Preferred: Phlebotomy skills, willingness to travel. Required Attachments CV/Resume Unofficial or official college transcripts For foreign-trained personnel: detailed US degree equivalency evaluation at applicant's expense from NACES or AICE member organization. Exemption Status : Nonexempt Compensation : MT $31.79 - $47.71/hr, MLT $24.72 - $36.10/hr Schedule : Part-Time, variable hours, shifts requested prior to posting, training 2-3 months, willingness to pick up shifts. Weekend Schedule : No scheduled weekends or holidays. International Assignment : No Site Description : Multiple locations including Minnesota, Arizona, Florida, and international sites.
