About the Position We are seeking a part-time Radiation Therapist for our Memorial City office. Benefits: Free parking Competitive salary Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities: • Operate the machine to treat the patient with radiation. • Monitor the patient’s response to radiation treatment and report it to the medical assistant if there is no oncology nurse. • Know how to use the ARIA for documentation purposes and for checking the daily dose. • Deliver the correct dose to the correct site on the patient. • Maintain a clean treatment and simulation room, dressing rooms, and console area. • Properly open and close the facility. • Must be familiar with Varian 21ix, Smart Arc, and OBI (IGRT).
