Expected Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements
Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes
Four years of appropriate experience (completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Board certified in the appropriate subspecialty
Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification
Medical Degree - M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
Completion of an accredited residency program
