Do you want to experience the thrill of travel nursing without leaving Idaho and the St. Luke’s Health System? Then the Clinical Support Unit’s internal Specialty Travel RN Program is for you! We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments—flexible, quick to adapt, and able to hit the ground running in new teams and settings. You’ll be able to travel and gain experience at all eight St. Luke’s locations – Boise, Meridian, Nampa, McCall, Wood River, Elmore, Magic Valley, and Jerome. Typical assignments are 13 weeks in length at any of our eight St. Luke’s sites across the System but could be as short as one week depending on need. When you’re not on assignment, you will be required to work at your home-base hospital. Your home base can be located at any of our St. Luke’s sites. What you can expect from this role
Permanent staff position with St. Luke's Health System and eligible for employee benefits including PTO Full-time variable shift (required to work both days & nights); shifts will not be changed more than once in a 6-week block Travel outside of your home area includes a $200/wk food stipend Housing allowance or accommodations at one of our owned condos/apartments (pets not allowed on assignment) Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement to and from the assignment Tiered compensation rate based on nursing degree and experience Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance available (as applicable) How we support your development
Degree advancement through tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year Certification reimbursement for achieving certifications/credentials that go above and beyond requirements in your role and earn extra pay for eligible certifications Professional training programs, scholarships and more Everyone has a voice

Education: Nursing Degree Experience: 2 years RN experience Labor & Delivery; 3+ years preferred Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required What’s in it for you
