Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) prior to hire date or job transfer date Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing prior to hire date or job transfer date Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or equivalent multi-state license (Compact State) prior to hire date or job transfer date Education: Master\'s degree in Nursing Details
