When you join our team you will use your healthcare and/or customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process at fixed site locations. This includes working with your team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors, and following all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals. Take the time to personally connect with donors – listen to their stories and explain how impactful their donation is. Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and friendly environment so donors feel comfortable returning. Be detail-oriented to ensure the blood collected meets goals, regulatory requirements, and can be safely transfused. Schedule (Framingham, Massachusetts)

Variable hours; 4 x 10 hour shifts Schedule may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; schedule provided two to three weeks in advance Pay Information

Starting rate: $21.80/hour Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting Physical requirements: ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights; good manual dexterity; ability to sit or stand for long periods; adapt to long, irregular hours and schedule changes Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications

Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (e.g., CNA, MA, EMT) Prior leadership experience Benefits
