Requirements
Current Texas SLPA licensure
Minimum 6 months of full‑time clinical experience
Pediatric experience
Home‑health experience preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Provide skilled speech‑therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
Deliver services in patients’ homes or daytime facilities.
Schedule weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
Plan care to meet goals of speech‑therapy interventions.
Update job knowledge by participating in education, reading professional publications, and joining professional organizations.
Advance the practice’s reputation by owning new requests and exploring value‑adding opportunities.
