Job Summary and Responsibilities
Provide direct mental health services to adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
Conduct new patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing management of psychiatric conditions.
Work independently while collaborating with a supervising psychiatrist, therapists, and RN staff.
Participate in inpatient rounding rotations and flexible clinic hours (Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, with occasional weekend rounding).
Support a collaborative team model focused on whole‑person, population‑based care.

Job Requirements
Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC or AANP.
Minimum 1–2 years of direct client care for psychiatric disorders.
Ability to work with adult and adolescent populations.
Nebraska and Iowa licensure and DEA registration.
BLS certification.
