Education/Training : Graduate of an accredited college program in Occupational Therapy with a BS or MS in Occupational Therapy. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Experience : Entry level. 1-2 years experience preferred. Licensure, Registration or Certification : NYS licensure or eligible. BLS required through the American Heart Association.
