We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing practices and protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities. Document patient information accurately in medical records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Required Qualifications
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland. Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
