Full Time, 35 hour/week Monday - Friday|

$30-31/hour

The Opportunity

Family and Children’s Association (FCA) is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Clinician to provide direct treatment to individuals seeking services at the Family Treatment and Recovery Centers. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, the Clinician will deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care to individuals and families, working collaboratively to support their treatment and recovery goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, along with any other prescribed treatment services, in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Maintain productivity and caseload targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Conduct initial intake assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and collaborate with the clinical team on treatment recommendations. Develop, implement, and monitor client treatment plans, ensuring progress is tracked and goals are met. Collaborate with external service providers and regularly communicate with courts, probation, parole, and other relevant agencies to ensure coordinated care. Complete and maintain accurate client records and all required reports, submitting documentation on time in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field required. QHP credential required: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, and/or CASAC; candidates eligible for a limited permit or CASAC-T will be considered. Minimum 1 year of experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use or mental health issues (internship experience will be considered). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish and proficient in MS Office.
