We are seeking an
Automation Engineer
to join our Cable Backplane Systems team located in Valley Green, PA. This role is an integral part of a cross‑functional team responsible for new product development. The team includes Mechanical Design, Signal Integrity, Mechanical Integrity, Manufacturing, and Process Development disciplines. Responsibilities
Job functions include developing concepts, writing scope of work documents, and designing, testing, deploying tooling and validating automated systems. The Automation Engineer will work closely with external suppliers and manufacturers, supporting the development, fabrication, and build of prototypes, pilot production, and deployment of high‑volume factory automation. Candidates should also have experience with machining as well as design. Qualifications
