At Boeing, Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 767 team in Everett, Washington. Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role 3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS) Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles 1+ years of experience with REDARS Ability to work second shift Drug Free Workplace
