DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor production, operations, costs, and profitability of wells in area of responsibility
Design and implement facility operation and well workover plans and procedures
Generate and review capital/expense AFE’s for facility, workover, and regulatory expenditures
Identify production inefficiencies and develop/direct well intervention activities
Develop plans for product recovery and treatment (artificial lift, facilities, pipelines, utilities, chemical treatment, etc.)
Select facility and artificial lift equipment to safely maximize production and efficiency
Provide training and resources to accomplish production goals
Assure compliance with governmental requirements and company policies
Provide expert testimony for regulatory hearings
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Spotfire
Experience with Wellview, Rodstar, Xspoc, Aries, Cygnet is a plus
Strong leadership skills; able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining focus on the bottom line
Assembling and presenting technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited University.
Professional Engineer License is a plus
Minimum of five years related industry experience
Previous leadership, project management, or supervisory experience is preferred
First Aid/CPR Certification
