for the Critical Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) Business Unit. The

Electrical Engineer 4

will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Electrical and Critical Power Systems, performing site surveys, engineering design, and supporting construction activities. Responsibilities

Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects Represent the company in interactions with customers, contractors, suppliers, and collaborate with project teams Conduct site surveys, perform calculations, evaluations, equipment selection, and system design Develop sustainable, high-performance designs for air and hydronic distribution, central heating and cooling plants, and building management systems Perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment or supplies in an office environment Access work areas requiring OSHA-approved ladders or stairs under construction Manipulate objects with fine finger dexterity, e.g., using a keyboard Maintain effective audio-visual perception for observations, communication, and operating equipment safely Focus on complex tasks for extended periods Address electrical design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning issues Develop system sequences, compliance matrices, and project documentation Participate in Pre-Installation Testing and Checkout (PITCO), including system programming and integration testing Create electrical project scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate disciplines Ensure successful project construction, startup, and commissioning Perform quality control reviews of project documentation Participate in new product evaluations and recommendations Travel domestically and internationally as project demands Qualifications

7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar 5+ years with a Master's Degree or higher Professional Engineer (PE) License Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills Design experience with government sites, data centers, and infrastructure Proficiency in short circuit studies, SKM, ETAP, Easy Power, and protection schemes for LV and MV systems Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Desired Certifications

Ability to obtain Security Clearance PLC and ladder logic understanding Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Lighting Certified (LC), Certified Lighting & Efficiency Professional (CLEP) Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), INCOSE, NICET/NETA, LEED, DoD Secret clearance AutoCAD Inventor, SEL training, Modular Construction experience, AGI32 software knowledge Abilities

Prolonged screen exposure and sitting Reach and manipulate objects with fingers Effective listening, speaking, reading, and problem-solving skills
